ONE BLOCK PER START-DAY · EXACT WHOLE MINUTES

A row belongs to the day the block starts. For overnight work, choose Next day (+1) explicitly. Uncheck unworked days; their retained entries are ignored.

Clock times use wall-clock arithmetic and do not account for daylight-saving or time-zone transitions. For affected records, choose Actual elapsed minutes and enter the recorded duration before unpaid breaks. Manual rows cannot be checked for overlap.

Optional: an entered hourly amount

Leave the amount blank for a time-only summary. This multiplies net minutes by your entered amount; it does not work out pay owed, tax, overtime or employment entitlements.

Nonnegative amount, up to 4 decimal places and 1,000,000 label units per hour. The label is text, not a currency conversion. Results round to 2 decimals; the weekly amount rounds once from exact total minutes.

One block per start-day, with each block limited to 0–1,440 elapsed minutes. That is a computational boundary, not a work-hours rule. This tool has no dates or location data, no overtime or tax logic, and no payroll-compliance checking. A complete Sunday-start block is counted in this week. Adjacent weeks and overlap involving manual durations are not checked.

Choose the end day.

22:15 → 06:45 is not silently treated as overnight. Select Next day (+1), then subtract any unpaid break from the 510 elapsed minutes.

Keep gaps out once.

For split shifts, sum actual elapsed blocks before breaks, or include the gap as an unpaid break in one clock block. Do not exclude the same gap twice.

Export the assumptions.

The text and CSV include exact minutes, the entered hourly amount and the wall-clock limits. Changing any entry clears the old result and disables exports.
